Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

The policies aim to establish controls and standards to organize the training and educational process and ensure the quality of e-learning practices. These policies are updated regularly in collaboration with relevant authorities in the Kingdom and informed by global best practices to continuously uphold the standards of quality in all forms and methods of e-learning.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the platform of Afaq Al-Takamul Training Center, Commercial Registration No. 1010793896, headquartered in Riyadh, Postal Code 11324, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the platform’s services.


1. Attendance Policy:

Attending synchronous lectures in programs provided via the e-learning management platform is equivalent to physical attendance. A 25% absence rate from the total synchronous and physical hours will result in denial of the attendance certificate.

2. Account Creation, Registration, and Payment Policy:

Registration and Payment:

  • When registering for a paid course, you may be asked to provide purchase-related information including, but not limited to, name on the card, card number, and card expiry date.

  • We reserve the legal right to use any payment method we designate.

  • We may use third-party services to process payments. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties under our privacy policy.

  • Full payment must be completed within 72 hours of registration. Failure to pay entitles us to cancel the registration.

  • Upon completing registration and payment, users will receive immediate confirmation via email along with a receipt.

  • Payment receipt confirmation will be sent within 5 business days. If not received, contact: info@afaq-edu.net

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time due to course unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

  • We may cancel any course registration without notice, with refunds processed within 2 weeks of cancellation.

  • Payments may also be made in cash at the event location.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • To cancel, contact us at least 3 weeks before the course start date. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted.

  • No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

  • Cancellation requests must include registrant’s name, email, confirmation number, and payment amount. Email: info@afaq-edu.net

  • We will notify you of any changes to course fees in advance, giving you the option to cancel.

  • Continued use of the service after fee changes implies acceptance.

4. Content Policy:

  • You may post content on the platform. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and ownership of the content.

  • By posting, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that infringe copyrights.

  • We may use, modify, and share your content for service-related or commercial purposes.

  • All platform content is property of Afaq Al-Takamul Training and may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses:

  • You agree not to use the service unlawfully, including but not limited to:

    • Violating laws or regulations

    • Harming minors

    • Sending spam

    • Impersonation

    • Harassment or discrimination

    • Disrupting service functionality

    • Introducing viruses

    • Unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All current and future IP rights belong solely to Afaq Al-Takamul Training or its licensors.

  • Nothing in these terms grants any IP rights to users.

  • Course content and resources are owned by the platform and protected by copyright.

7. Copyright Policy:

  • We respect IP rights and respond to infringement claims.

  • If you believe your rights were violated, email: info@afaq-edu.net with the subject “Copyright Infringement.”

8. SAIP Notification Procedure:

  • Follow procedures outlined on https://www.saip.gov.sa for reporting violations.

9. Reporting Errors and Feedback:

  • Submit feedback via email or third-party tools.

  • By submitting, you grant us unrestricted rights to use your suggestions.

10. Backup:

  • We conduct regular backups for administrative purposes only. Users are responsible for their own data.

11. External Links:

  • We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

  • Use of such links is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

13. Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the amount paid for the service.

14. Account Suspension:

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations.

15. Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service.

16. Severability:

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining terms remain in effect.

17. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law.
