Supervisory Team

The Afaq Al-Takamul Training Center Platform has a supervisory team dedicated to overseeing the e-learning environment. In the field of e-learning, the quality of any work must be executed in an ideal and secure manner, and this is only achieved through a supervisory body composed of elite experts and specialists. This ensures that the educational process proceeds in the right direction and in accordance with established standards.

Accordingly, the Afaq Al-Takamul Training Center Platform, in alignment with the requirements of the National Center for E-Learning’s systems and standards, has established a structured supervisory chain to carry out this critical task, as follows:

Program Director:

Oversees the overall educational process. All team tasks intersect at this role. From another perspective, the director provides a comprehensive professional vision for the program across all its dimensions.

E-Learning Management Specialist:

Due to the technical nature of their role and connection to the learning platform, this specialist is responsible for supervising training, offering guidance and support to all stakeholders in the educational process, maintaining communication, and following up on performance and evaluation.

E-Learning Training Coordinator:

This role involves supervising the program during delivery, identifying any deviation from its intended objectives, and reporting to higher authorities to ensure alignment with educational goals.

Instructional Design Specialist:

Responsible for supervising the quality of the learning materials and ensuring they meet the educational standards set by the organization. This role also involves taking appropriate actions to align courses and curricula with both internal and external quality standards.
